REFUND POLICY

90-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love your results. That's why our serum comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee.
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 90 days of receiving your order and we'll refund your purchase – even if you've used the product or the bottle is empty.

How it works:
1. Email us at hola@cosmeliaoff.com within 90 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a few words about your experience.
3. Once your request is approved, we'll refund you to your original payment method. You don't need to send the product back, unless we specifically ask you to.

Conditions:
- The guarantee applies to the Cosmelia serum and is limited to one refund per customer and per household.
- It covers orders placed directly on our website.
- Free gifts included with your order are not refunded separately.

Returns of other products
For our other products, you can request a return within 90 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hola@cosmeliaoff.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can look into it and fix it quickly. We'll send you a replacement or a full refund – no need to return the item.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, personal care products (such as cosmetics) cannot be returned once their seal has been removed after delivery – except under our 90-day money-back guarantee for the serum described above. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

14-day right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
In addition to the above, if your order is delivered within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To use this right, the item must be in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging, and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your request has been approved (or your return has been received and inspected), we'll let you know. Refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need some additional time to process and post the refund.
