These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Cosmelia online store. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Products
We do our best to present our products as accurately as possible, including their features, photos and descriptions.
Images are for illustration purposes. Minor differences in appearance, color or packaging that do not affect the essential characteristics of the product may occur. Individual results from using our products may vary from person to person.
Our products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

3. Prices
The prices that apply are those displayed in our online store at the time of your order.
Prices are shown in the currency of your country. Any applicable sales taxes are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Shipping is free on all orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
For international orders, import duties, taxes or fees may apply depending on the laws of the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these costs are the customer's responsibility.

4. Orders
To place an order, select the products you want, enter the information required for delivery and pay with one of the available payment methods.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully authorized.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, product unavailability or any other legitimate reason that prevents us from processing it.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount paid promptly.

5. Payment
Payment is made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout, such as credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you choose.
All payments are processed by secure payment providers. Cosmelia does not store full card details.

6. Processing and delivery
Orders are usually processed within 48 to 72 hours (business days).
Estimated delivery times after processing are:
- United States: 6 to 12 business days
- United Kingdom: 6 to 8 business days
- Canada: 7 to 9 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: [X] to [Y] business days
These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays, public holidays or peak periods.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, subject to legal exceptions.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products are excluded from the right of withdrawal if their seal has been removed after delivery.

8. 90-day money-back guarantee
In addition to your legal rights, Cosmelia offers a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order. If you are not satisfied with your serum, contact us within 90 days and we will refund your purchase – even if the product has been used or the bottle is empty – under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.
This voluntary guarantee does not limit or replace your statutory rights.

9. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at hola@cosmeliaoff.com. Include your order number and, if possible, photos.
We will review your request and let you know the appropriate solution. Your statutory warranty rights are not affected.

10. Liability
Cosmelia is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Please use the products according to the instructions provided and check the ingredient list before use, especially if you have known allergies.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Personal data
Personal data provided when you make a purchase is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you usually reside.
In the event of a dispute, we will first try to find an amicable solution with you.
