Where is my order?
We usually ship your order within 48 to 72 hours (business days). As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your personal tracking link.
How to track your package
- By email: Open the shipping confirmation email from Cosmelia and click “Track your order”. Please also check your spam or promotions folder.
- In your customer account: Sign in with the email address you used for your order. You'll receive a code by email – no password needed. There you can see the status and tracking of all your orders.
Good to know
- Tracking may take a few days to update after your package has shipped.
- Shipping is free.
- Estimated delivery times: United States 6–12 business days, Canada 7–9 business days, United Kingdom 6–8 business days.
